*strike a dramatic pose and cue the music* Word has it from my doujin supplier that there is NO scheduled GW japanese calandar for next yr. (she saw the listings) The only one slated for that is a Gundam calandar which more likely has stuff from all the series in one. Also Gundam Seed has their own but why not WING!!! *waaaiii! And I was going to break down and buy one this yr too *sobs* Sorry, had to get that off my chest.

On a happier note, got to visit Holly and Ali this past weekend. I'm just hoping that things go better for Holly and was glad to be there to listen to her vent. Had quite an interesting time Sat night when we went to the chinese buffet place. Ali was playing with his melting ice cream by mixing things into it that was still left on the table eg: soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce (red kind), and whatever else was there to use. I dared him money if he took a sip of it but I'm not that dumb now. Jokingly I told him $5 if he took a nice hearty gulp and he was willing to do it too. I had to tell him I was messing around cause I didn't want him getting sick. Plus just thinking about what the mixture looked like makes me want to gag. Later we rented Clerks and watched it Holly's. Never saw it before and I must say that it is quite a strange movie.

Sun before we went to the movies, I got Holly to watch some of the anime Wardove sent me and so far showed her eps 1 of Shin Angel (hentai flick) and just busted up laughing. Got her hooked on FMP now and that was just on one eps as well but it doesnt take much to fall for it even in later parts. After picking up Ali, we went to the movies to see Sprited Away, which to me isn't worth spending money at a theatre to see. Its not that its bad, it just doesn't have that hype to make a big deal about it. Dragged on in the beginning but seemed to pick up some later. The plot, if there was one, made no sense. If anything, I would've spent my money on Red Dragon. The only anime I saw at a theatre recently that was worth seeing on the big screen was the Escaflowne Movie when they showed it in Dallas (was only playing at selective cities and theatres) and even though I can't stand the anime art for the Esca movie, it was still nice to see and hear Kirby do Van's voice in surround sound snickers

I'm glad that I left Houston when I did cause closer on the way home, it rained in certain areas and I hate driving at night when its raining, especially on the back roads I go through to get home. By the time I got home is when it decided to just steadily rain. Thank god it waited. Woke up to it still raining which is good, haven't had too much of a steady rain here lately, just a few mins and then it leaves. I couldn't believe how cooler it got too, especially this evening when I got to work. Would be nice if its here to stay.

Mon morning when I checked my email from all this weekend, I was graced w/a new Rx1 pic from my Italian artist friend Stefy who based it on Mel's Rx1 (1xR) lemon fic. The recent 2nd part is a late bday gift to me which I've waited VERY patiently for *evil hentai grin*

Definetly some eye candy worth waiting! Stefy still needs to brush up on her Rel skills on drawing but she made Heero much drool worthy this time around. (most of the time he's got such a chubby face ^^;;) I'm using the pic on my front page for the time being. Sorry you can't see too much of it cause I don't have a direct link to it yet. But here is a link to her other drawings of Esca and 1xR pics (with a side of 2xH too)

Flipping around on the tv today while checking my email and The Money Pit was on FX. I think Tom Hanks was much better in his younger days than what he does now. Money Pit and Bachlor Party are so far my fav. that he's done (yes and I still recall the tv show Bossom Buddies *giggles*)

I then watched the tape I borrowed from Holly that she and whoever else recorded from this yr's Afest. OMG! Its just way too funny. I swear it seems like we were all high that weekend. Hearing us laugh and watching that tape, you'd think we were all looney. But we always have fun when the gang was all together. Makes cons so much more fun ^__^ Made me mad though that I didn't know that the clips with Ali and I goofing off and Candy's performance of "I'm a burrito!" was on a separate tape. So must remind myself next time I see holly to get that tape.

*doh!* Just noticed that I left my Monster's Inc dvd at Holly's.

YAY! Go ME! I finally got around to watching YnM tonight at work. Got to at least the 2nd eps and so far its pretty, I fell for their eyes right away.

Well 4th quarter just started at work so for the most part, its supposed to mean that I should be busy. Might not hold my breath though cause last yr was slow but then again we did pick up more customers. For a mon night and I'm busting my ass for a change.

Re: Eeee!

Well I told bubba about the tix yesterday and he scolled me saying that I should've told him the day of. Even though I've told him before over the phone if at the time I had gotten a tix but sometimes I think its better to just tell it upfront in person. And yesterday was the first time I actually saw him since I came back from the weekend. Cause of my tix, he had to cancel plans on wanting to go to Ennis for the drag races this weekend, so I'll see what he has to say about the end of the month thingie.
