Wasn't sure what I wanted to post first, the good news or the painful news. I guess painful first cause that way I can fall back on my good news to make me feel a bit better.

Painful::

Last evening I went out to help bubba unload the riding tractor from the trailer. On the way there, I forgot about these metal pegs that were still sticking up in the cement slap that was part of the shed we knocked down. So that means, me in flip flops, I walked onto one of those small pegs. Talk about HURT!!! Nothing says pain like the tender area of the bottom of your foot. I looked down expecting to see a huge hole and blood just gushing out but thank god that I just tore some skin from the side. It didn't even bleed much but still. It doesn't help matters that I'm nearly flat footed so when I walk, I'm automatically walking on that bad spot. I hate limping while trying not to put too much pressure on the foot. Because of the way I also hit it, must've hit some nerves cause its also making my heel hurt and I didn't even hit that area.

This is when I realize that we shouldn't take our feet for granted. Even when something this small happens, it can still fuck a person up.


Good news::

Bubba came home yesterday with a present. He bought the Jackass movie on dvd and I HOPE that we get the chance to watch it this morning when I get home from work. Or maybe even after I wake up. I'm anxious to see just how much more we see that isn't edited compared to what was shown on tv.

Also got Sara's loofy foot scrub soap in the mail. Its loverly, creative, and smells great. Even though my left foot is fucked right now, I could try it on my right one soon. *hugs*

Jackass is a fucked up movie...I laughed, laughed so hard I cried, nearly threw up...yadda yadda.
It was good- and there was very little editing. Just the electrocuting the nut sack in the first five minutes set it off perfectly.
