Oddities and silly Weiss stuff

I knew that on the way to work that I would no doubt run into a storm somewhere. The clouds were getting all funky and as much as I hate driving in the rain, I was happy that the car kinda got washed. Here's the kicker. The lightening was just hella cool, but I don't like the ones that nearly blind you. This one spot is where I ran into the rain and boy howdy did it EVER! I never drove in the rain that fell that hard and fast. The wind was going pretty good too that all the rain was just being blowed off to the side. One time it got that bad, that what cars were on the road had to be doing at least 30mph. As I got closer to Dallas though, I was so happy when the rain started to let up and when I did get in the Dallas area, the sky was all clear, you wouldn't have thought that they didn't get rain. I asked the 2nd shift dude if they got hit and he said they barely had anything aside from lightening and sprinkling a little, not the hard shit I drove in. Texas storms are really weird and never ceases to amaze me even though I've been living here for nearly 7yrs now. We never had stuff this bad in PA.

I brought my laptop into work so it would be easier for me to chat with, keypad is alot easier to type with than the keyboard I use on the other compy to chat on. I also brought 3-5 of my WK dvds even though I wouldn't have the time to watch them, just watching the seiyuus acting all goofy was worth it. I couldn't stop laughing, it surely makes up for the horrid dubbing on the dvd. I even watched the outakes and couldn't stop cringing at the voices. Weiss may or may not be together but they should have their videos more available to buy, I'd surely get my paws on them (as long as they were subbed though except for the concerts that'd be okay).

WEEEEEE!!! I finally got the last download COMPLETED for Ai Yori Aoshi. I can now finish putting them on disc and watch the series in its entirety!!!

Texas storms are really weird and never ceases to amaze me even though I've been living here for nearly 7yrs now. We never had stuff this bad in PA.

I miss those rains. I hate lightning and thunder scares me but I think Texas is the only state in the union that has weather like that. Wasn't like that in NY, WA, NM, AL *alabama?*, Mississippi.... HERE.... *sigh*... San Diego gets rain but not like Texas.

*sigh*.....

Never thought I'd say I miss those rains..... but I do.
