Yeah I know its late for this but I had no time to do anything yesterday.
1. Do you remember your first best friend? Who was it?
I can't say I had any true best friends from K-6th grade cause by the time we went to Jr.High, you got to meet other kids that went to another school but from the same district (they had to have 2 elem schools). And I can't just pick one cause I kinda met these ppl close at the same time. I guess in 7th grade, Jennifer was a good friend of mine till I think 9th grade and she went and started to do her own thing and different tastes of things. Also in 7th grade I was slowly becoming with my friend Chris but that didn't take full bloom till 9th grade. I can also add Tammy to this list too.
2. Are you still in touch with this person?
Well out of those friends, Chris and I were really close till I left PA to join the Army. We hardly ever keep in touch anymore and it kinda bugs me but I'm tired of being the one to make the move on having to keep in touch with ppl in order to still be friends with them. I can understand that she's a yr older than me, been married two yrs longer than me, and has a soon to be 7 yr old and a 4 yr old along with a hubby who doesn't pull his weight at all around the house that she really doesn't have the time to keep in touch. Plus the downside of this all is she doesn't have a computer, if they did, I would more than likely contact her alot more. The last time I contacted her was mid last yr I wrote her a long letter and finally got one back from her 3 months later. I can't remember what I did with her mailing addy so its kinda keeping me back from writing her again.
3. Do you have a current close friend?
Yeah but its more than one.
4. How did you become friends with this person/s?
Friend #1 and #2, I was on the same ML as they were early '00. The one person I would always email her cause I was reading all her smut fics and wanted to let her know how much I loved her stuff. She may not have been responding all the time but somehow she finally started opening up more early '01 and also finally got to meet her Akon last yr ^__^. The other friend I finally got to meet at Afest '01 and we just hit it off and have become very good friends regardless of the amount of time we might have contacted one another before and afterhand ^___^
3rd friend, I met at Akon last yr at their GW room party. Its so weird how we became close that weekend and who would've thought that after the con, things were to turn for the better for us ^___^
5. Is there a friend from your past that you wish you were still in contact with? Why?
Hmmm.... some of my male friends I had in HS. If I had to pick one of them, I'd have to say Cory. He was a sweetie and always looked out for my best interest during the times my bf (and also his semi friend) was being an ass. I always wanted to kick myself for not going out with him when I had the chance. As to why, I guess cause we had a good bit in common and he always made me feel good.
Now this made me think about how cruel kids are in school. I was friends with the misfits meaning the handicapped/retarded and the over weight ppl that others would shun. Kids act like you either had to be a skank or a jock in order for ppl to like you. My friend Tammy was a heavy set girl and cause of this, ppl would snub her off except for the few friends she had. We'd take turns spending the night at each others house and go out and do things. I had two other friends, Angie and Kelly who were both kinda handicapped but they were the sweetest girls. I'll never forget the way ppl would treat Angie sometimes cause she limped when she walked (forget what was wrong with her) so if ppl were stuck behind her in the hall, they would get frustrated cause she moved slow. One time while walking to Home Ec. this asshole comes running down the hall and just slams into Angie, knocking her down. I was really shocked on the amount of ppl that stopped to help her up but I can't remember if that jerk ever came back to apologize for doing that to her.

The odd thing is, I've came to wonder why some ppl might claim that crying is good for ya. I'm sure it is at times but I think it makes a person feel like more shit, at least I know it does for me. I hate the fact that my older sis and I take after our mom when we get pissed, instead of just being angry, we end up crying. Its weird how pending on how long you cry, your eyes hurt so much and feel so swollen but why? I mean its not like your eyes are drying up cause they don't have any wetness to them and I also tend to get a really bad headache too after crying, or it could be cause of how hard you cry.
Sorry to those that I said I would be around to chat last night but I only got 3 hrs of sleep all day Fri and I was so worn out, I had to take short cat naps at work to make my headache and my eyes to stop hurting. I should be around all evening Sat night to chat cause I want to sleep in all day today.

GAAAAAH! Deja vu! I'm had to sit up this morning waiting for a phone call and wardove IM'ed me with the new Naruto to download. But yeah, when I DO finally lay down and wake up much later tonight, I will have it ready and waiting for me to watch it. Just in time too for another pick me up. I swear this anime comes out right when I need it to (or its just weird that bad things go on with me on Fri's)
