One good thing is that the crown finally fits though she still had to file a bottom tooth a little and part of the crown but it all fit. Since I don't know the process of root canals, it seemed like she did the majority of the canal work right before she put the crown on or perhaps she was just putting in those rods.

I don't know why but the novocaine didn't seem very strong. I mean it did numb a bit of my mouth but not an over abundance of numbness like I would LIKE to feel. I was scared that once she started drilling that I'd be able to feel it but I didn't. Or there were times I felt a little of something but it wasn't that bad that I had to tell her to stop.

One thing that still pisses me off is that, I have NO clue what it was or why it happened, but SOMETHING pinched near the right bottom part of my lip. I don't know if something slipped out of her hand or what but after it pinched me, she moved whatever it was. And the fucked up thing, she didn't apologize either. I'm telling ya, if my mouth wasn't occupied (mind out of the gutter!!) I would've been cursing up a storm. It just fucking HURT!!!! And since I only had a little numbness going on, it felt wet and thought I was bleeding (thank god I wasn't). But I sure as hell could feel the swelling when I left. I was afraid I'd wake up with a big ass swollen lip. It was puffy but not as bad as I expected and it was mostly right on the inner part of my lip, not the outside. I still would like to know what pinched me and I didn't say anything cause it happened so fast and had no time to talk.

*sighs* Now I have to go in two weeks from now to get the permanent cement put on my crown since they only put temp. glue on it. She noticed that the temp crown must've been tearing up my inner cheek which I did happen to bite on it once in awhile if the tooth got in the way. So she wants to give it two weeks for it to settle in and make sure its not rubbing.

I never thought I'd hate going to the dentist as much as I do now. Next Mon I go in for the two bottom teeth for the perm. crown and I HOPE that we have no problems on the fitting so that could be my last visit on that side of my mouth.

I was going to do that shipping/pairing meme but I'm not very good with words when it comes to giving my reasons why so I won't do it. The only kind of answer I would give you is "just cause" *snickers*

Garfield amuses me again, it has to be his tongue.

Last week I had some bonding work done at the dentist, and I too felt that the numbness wasn't at the level it should have been. I wasn't in pain but I kept wondering the whole time if something he was doing was going to suddenly HURT and as a consequence I was more nervous and stiff than I've ever been while at the dentist's. My whole body ached afterwards. My mouth was numb enough later though that I unknowingly chewed on the inside of my cheek. It's just now healing up a week later. Pooh.

I'm just wondering if maybe she's not giving me the dosage that she's given me before only cause she's not doing major work, I don't know. But when I get the bottom part worked on, boy if that doesn't hit me pretty quick. Though I went to the dentist yesterday to have a bit more work done and get more impressions for my crowns and the one tooth she was working on I could slightly feel it, not sure if it was the nerves or what; AND my mouth was pretty fucking numb too.

For some reason, with the temp crowns I had on my upper and now my bottom, both made me chew on my cheek from time to time. Though I'm hoping that the only reason my bottom's seem to be in the way of my cheek is its a little swollen from where she gave me the novicane.
