Another interesting discovery

I'm glad she brought this up cause I noticed a change in the animation while watching the 2nd dvd when it came out (at least what I saw of Brandon). I was going to say something awhile back but didn't cause I didn't want to feel as if I was the only one who saw it or thinking that I was seeing things. I'll work on capping the pic this weekend of the part I noticed that they cleaned up from the fansub to the dvd.

Anyways, check out the HUGE clean up that Geneon did for Gungrave compared to what they showed us on the fansubs. My mind is still boggled at the change, which is a change for the better. But I'm wondering how companies are allowed to do that and not only that but how do they do it? (do the Japanese change it later or do the US side of things take charge of it?)

Its pretty neat to see stuff like this cleaned up. I think it totally gave GG a very nice facelift. That would be odd if that were the case of their budget constraint when it came to the original airing before going back and fixing it up better. Though no complaints here, thats for sure.
