Nothing much with this eps. Was wondering if Renji would show up or not since Rukia is back though I can't wait to see what was being said when he was talking to her, especially on the phone. As for Ishida, I feel bad for the kid, he looks so useless and pitiful. I don't quite like the way they are handling him in the fillers. Good to see a bit of daddy in this. I'm also curious to see what was said when Renji crashed through the window and crashed into daddy.

EEEEEEEEEE!!! hahaha. so excited! so many people complain about rukia being back too early while in the manga, it was suppose to be better and more dramatic. well, since i don't read the manga, i'm quite happy that she's back. hehe. yummm...ichiruki/renjiruki moments! oh, i am quite delirious with happiness. now on to watch the lates episode! thanks for this update sweety!

In some ways it is nice to see Rukia again but I'm one of the manga peeps that just am not happy with these fanservicy fillers. The more I think about it, I would've been just happy on them taking that much needed break on the anime.

But no problems on the updates, I tend to do that alot regardless of how much the fillers piss me off.

Oh thank you thank you thank you!! I was getting sort of scared since in the last episode, we didn't see Renji. I thought, he wasn't going to be in this episode, hence no Renji/Rukia interaction but YAYYYYYYYYYYY!!! I am ELATEDD!!!:D Can't wait to download the the subbed version, I wonder what they're talk about on the phone. Anyway, thankssss!

I was scared too on wondering if they were going to dump Renji out of the pic or not. Now if only they would stop with the IchiRenji fanservice bullshit, I'd be okay. Lets just see if they are going to even GIVE us any RenRuki moments. The phone conversation was so funny cause Renji was just sooooo estatic to know that she was there.

YES!!!!!! THANK YOU!! I couldn't have said it better myself. The filler was soso till #1. they started to fuck up the manga timeline and #2. I'M SO SICK of the IchiRenji fanservice. I used to like the bickering that Ichi & Renji did during the reg. anime but now, its getting REALLY old QUICK. The writers for these fillers have been pissing me off. This is NOT Kubo's work. Whats with all these pairings being shoved into our face? If the writers want fanservice cause they are fanbois or gurls, they need to take it elsewhere and not put it into the anime.

I haven't watched all of the fillers. I had a decidedly bad reaction to 67 and 68-69, but 70 was pleasant enough.

I agree that the Ichigo/Renji stuff is annoying but that view is in the minority. Once quick glance at the ep 70 comments at soul_society and you'll know why the IchiRen fanservice is being inserted. It is pretty smart and calculating move on the animators part and it is working. A lot of the fangirls like the stuff.

I have mixed feelings about the fillers. I'm not wild about it and it is quite obvious that if (and it is definitely an "if") the anime works in the new manga arc, there will be significant reworking to adapt the manga storyline to the anime storyline and that bums me out a little because the finer details of the manga is going to be lost.

But I understand the business standpoint of why they are doing what they are doing and it can't be helped. It has happened to other manga adaptations and in a way, Bleach is faring better than say, Rurouni Kenshin did or even Naruto. My son was a big Naruto fan until the fillers came in and they lost him completely.

I hope he is training with Urahara or something cus you'd think he would be glued to Rukia's side after he was so happy to see her. It just doesn't make sense to me. He suddenly seems like, out of the group or somehting, lol.

Well until the filler turns for the better, and I'm sure it won't, the whole idea of the fillers is just bugging the HELL out of me. I'm just sooo fucking sick and tired of them having to cater to the annoying fanservicy fangirls. Give me Kubo's ORIGINAL BLEACH STORYLINE and I'll be much happier.

I squeed when I was watching the raw and heard his voice on the phone to her, and couldn't wait to see what it was that he was telling her. He was so estatic to know she was there. *laughs*
